"It started with the curb appeal! Beautiful. We walked easily with our luggage directly from our cruise ship. Bellman next: Friendly, informative, helpful. Reception desk: no line, personable staff, provided us an exceptional upgrade(for nominal cost)to a fantastic top floor room with a wall to wall picture window with a non interrupted view of the water, the ship we just disembarked and the skyline. Concierge: friendly, helpful and got us the excursion we wanted, map and directions with tips as to where/how to get to an attraction. Also set up a taxi for early morning 2 days later. Housekeeping service: friendly, energetic, provided extra supplies as requested. Room was very clean(requested blanket and extra coffee pods that were delivered immediately. A food court is attached to the hotel(Fast food places and Starbucks). Also a plaza with restaurants and nice bars. A couple kiosks across street for busses, including Hop On Hop Off. Taxi stand at side of hotel. The only things I wish they would have had in room were a microwave and small cooler for our needs(cooler is there but totally filled with items at cost and auto charge if moved) There is a common microwave in lobby. Check out was smooth and could be automatic if you wanted. Very impressed with service, staff friendliness and aesthetics."

"Cool concept. Very small, would work with a couple and a child. For this reason, i think it's a tad overpriced. Would be so nice to have a deck to sit on and maybe a little fire pit. You look out at a boat shed from the main windows as the owners live upstairs. Location was a ways from the mail attractions as it's over the bridge from the things we wanted to see."
