LEGOLAND Beach Retreat

10/10 Excellent

"So easy and convenient for families. The food was good, specially with the fresh fruit and yogurt options available. Room was clean, but not sure if floor was scratched or not as clean, same as bath tube floor. The activities were fun for kids (and parents) we enjoyed the creative workshop and my son was delighted with the lego figurine left on his bed upon check in. Most of the staff was great and helpful. Marissa from the Sandy castle restaurant was great, as well as Aria (master builder) who was also very funny. Having access to the main hotels was amazing and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay"

"Room was clean but had a smell/odor like absorbed throughout. Did not smell clean or fresh. Definitely not quiet since all rooms are connected. If needed this would be a spot to stay one night emergency only. Motel vibes is what I witnessed. Limited outlets and some were not working. Limited lighting. Bathroom could use an upgrade with ventilation system. An upgrade on furniture is also needed. "

"Water would not get hot in the shower waited 40 minutes still not hot. So I had to hurry take cool shower so I could be at my granddaughters graduation on time. Fridge was not cold even after my drinks being in there for 24 hours. Went to office the man said I would have to complain online since I booked online. He said he would check but it was warm after they apparently turned a hot water tank on the 2nd day there. And as I was checking out I asked for a receipt he told me he wasn't good with computer well he was good with it when he checked me in but not to check out 🤔 He told me I would have to wait 10 minutes another guy would come and get for me I finally rang door bell a lady came on intercom asked what I needed I told her a receipt she said she would text it to me I still have not received it. S definitely will not be staying there again"

"First time staying at staybridge suites, we absolutely loved it; the room was so nice and clean, the staff was welcoming and very helpful, parking was easy, and breakfast was the cherry on top! Will be staying here when we are around the area. Thank you Staybridge Suites!"

"Lights and outlets went on and off by themselves quite often. The tub was painted and peeling. Bathroom door was swollen due to previous water damage and did not shut so no privacy & if you used it during the night the light lit up, whoever was in the room . Bathroom lights blinked on and off when using the hairdryer. The area was not the greatest. The description of the hotel said it was recently renovated, but they did not do everything in the room. Would not stay here again"
