"Safe was very accommodating! Breakfast was great, only had one day with a bit more of a wait in the line up. I’ve seen many people complaining about the elevators but in our 6 days stay we definitely didn’t find this an issue. We might have had to wait 3 min? For an elevator? One out of the 3 though was down during our stay. The room was spacious, had everything we would need to make a meal if we decided to get groceries and do so. The lobby was just ok, nothing super fancy, and on the smaller side. We were able to walk to CN tower or Roger’s Centre in 10 min. I think my only complaint was that the pull out couch was very uncomfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again "

"This is a great hotel. Still looks brand new. Bar is open and light. Italian restaurant Bosk is beautiful- we didn’t try the Chinese (Mott) but that looked even nicer. Staff are incredibly courteous and helpful. Room was spacious and serviced well every day. Complimentary water was a nice addition. 5 star in every sense. "
