"Milton Keynes is a nice area. It is a really tourist attraction however, this hotel is the worst Travelodge I have ever been to. Check in online and on my itinerary said 2pm but on arrival staff said 3pm, the had no toilet paper and said they had run out (which made no sense for such a big brand hotel), the customer service was lacking and the hotel room was definitely one star and looked and smelled like a motel. "

"The night I stayed the petrol station next to hotel was being refurbished. That meant jack hammers and floodlights throughout the night - the poor staff didnt know anything about it until they started and were very apologetic - staff were very good. Professional, welcoming, friendly and helpfull. However - the room I stayed in was a bit grubby (lights on side of bed showed how dusty the room and carpet were). "Traffic very noisy through windows. Comfortable clean beds with brand new chunky pillows. Walk in shower very convenient, cleanliness a bit of an issue. Toby Inn attached was excellent with good choice and nicely cooked, both evening meal and breakfast."
