"Great stay overall! The room was very clean, check-in/out was a breeze, and the location is highly convenient to the highway and town center. Plus, our room had a gorgeous mountain view, and the Rocky Mountain products were a fantastic touch. The only downside was when we were about to leave: we saw that linens removed from other rooms had been collected but were placed along the hallways and on parts of the stairs. Navigating around them with big, heavy luggage felt like a bit of a safety risk. Otherwise, everything was excellent!"

"The rooms were big and that was nice, however the rooms are dated and have a bit of a smell to them. We had to open the windows to air the room out. A bit of a frustration was that upon arrival we had to sign off that our pet would not go to any of the pet restricted areas ( main shared areas)or be on any furniture. They claim to be pet friendly, however we didn’t feel welcome there with our pets . I have stayed at many hotels with my pet and never have had to sign off that my pet would not be allowed on any furniture or in any of the main shared areas outside. With so many restrictions on pets it does not feel like a pet friendly hotel."

"Overall would recommend! Pros -very friendly and helpful staff -had multiple water fountains with hot and cold water -had a great 24/7 coffee and tea station with good variety and hot chocolate -great to have microwave and fridge in room -quiet stay -had nice fluffy towels Cons -bathroom a bit small -no temperature panel to set a specific room temperature -sadly pool waterslide was closed (has been closed for months now)"

"Excellent property to call home, well equipped, Kim and all the girls were excellent as hosts. The property where it is placed was so peaceful with wild animals walking through the trees in the distance. Canmore is a lovely place not too far from Banff which was very busy so Canmore is a first choice for us as well placed for all surrounding places to visit. The property was very clean and well equipped in the bedrooms, kitchen, with all that is needed to stay for a longer stay. There is a lovely pool with two hot tubs and a sauna and gym so well equipped for whatever the mood. Not too far to walk down to the town or you can get the free bus service which is brilliant. Overall fantastic stay at a good price would 100% recommend"
