"Enjoyed this resort. Felt the dining options were overpriced and were not worth the money. Had to switch rooms due to a broken AC unit however, staff was amazing and attentive and the room switch process was quick and easy. "

New luxury pool home, 2 min to beach, 360 water views, club available

"We loved Sublime. It was such an amazing weekend along side family and friends. Very relaxing weekend. The house was very spacious. Accommodated all 19 of us very comfortably. Lacey was great at communicating promptly. Whatever we needed she accommodated as soon as possible. The previous renters had damaged one of her golf carts that we rented and she immediately substituted it with one from her other property “No Worries Atoll.” I can’t wait to go back for a longer period of time and rent at “No Worries Atoll.” Thank you for an amazing weekend! The house had everything you needed and was super relaxing! We will definitely be back! The host was also super responsive which makes this home even better! Thank you for a wonderful week! "

"Love the beach. Love the location. The island is wonderful. We spoke with the house managers about a few things with the house that could make the house better. Everything was as stated. We will be returning to visit again. Thank you Wendy and Bob. Ya'll were great."
Romantic beach home with golf cart Remodeled Coastal charm
6/10 Okay
"The island and location were exactly what we needed! Disconnecting was our goal! The communication with the property managers coming into our trip was good. All questions were answered. There was an issue with our “late arrival”. There is no indication in any of the information that stated what a late arrival was considered, but just a mention of a 75 fee for it. We were arriving on the last ferry at 6:30pm and that is considered late. The hours of check in are 4pm-5:30. So be aware of that when you travel. Our groceries were ordered ahead of time and put away for our arrival. That’s totally worth the extra money!!! There are spices there, such as S&P, Pam, but not much else. The living space and bedrooms are great! We were comfortable and had a great visit! The beach chairs, small cooler and umbrella were a great benefit!!The listing for the house showed bikes, kayaks, paddles, and carts for them. There was only 1 kayak, no paddle, no cart, and no bikes. This was actually a draw for us with this property. We had a few issues with the golf cart that is provided. When notifying the property about it, we got no response. Then when it quit working altogether, we were told that there was no one to help us and it’s unfortunate. It had rained and several of the roads were flooded, so we walked barefoot to get places! We will definitely be back to the island, probably not using this property management group. "
Private Beach Access Steps Away, Pool, Outdoor Bar, 2 Golf Carts, 360 Views.
10/10 Excellent
"We have stayed at many different houses on the island this this one is for sure one of my favorites. The kitchen had all the gadgets including an ice maker that came in very handy. Definitely the coldest AC on the island! The heated pool also had cooling feature which we really appreciated cooling down after those long hot summer days. The property management staff was on point. Anytime we needed something fixed or addressed they were attentive and quick. Very happy with our stay overall. The only extra thing that would have been nice to have would have been bikes for the tweens to get around the island on their own."
"This house was a great place to stay on North Captiva. The property manager is fantastic and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and to help with all our needs from finding a place to dock our boat to an extra golf cart and so much more. If you are looking for a great place with an amazing view this is it! "
