Loved staying here! The location was good for us -- we enjoy walking, and were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go. There are restaurants close by. The complimentary spa was AMAZING!!!! The property was wonderful. Close to the city center but a little on the outskirts to not feel the busy rush. The room was very nice and spacious.

Wonderful staff and breakfast. Room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities! Easy to get there with the metro...you literally come up out of the subway and arrive at the hotel. Very cool views of St Stephens church and the delightful Christmas market!

Would definitely recommend Habyt Vienna! First, the location is not at the centre but is one train plus a bus ride. It is not difficult at all. It is close to Prater, which is directly connected to Stephenplatz. It is right across a bus stop, which goes directly to Wien Hbf, the main train station. The rooms are modern and new. Quite pleased with our stay here. Room was clean and well appointed with a really eclectic and luxurious look. Beds were a bit stiff for us and we had to ask for more pillows which they happily provided. Breakfast was wonderful. Didn’t get to try the other two restaurants/bars. Would def stay again. We travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels and Airbnb’s. This hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed with in Europe. The location is tops, only a 2 minute walk to Stephensplatz, shopping and restaurants. The room is huge, with large bathroom and large walk-in closet as well. Small kitchenette is perfect. When we arrived in Vienna, many streets were closed for a parade and the taxi could not get closer than 1 km from the hotel. I am mobility impaired and the hotel sent someone with a wheelchair to take me to the hotel and then he returned to take my companion with 2 suitcases to the hotel. Service in excess! The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the staff was the best! Next time in Vienna I will definitely return.

I have the highest praise for the service in this hotel. It was exceptional. They put so much thought into the smallest details: from the chalkboard message next to our room welcoming our family to their hotel to the petit fours and sparkling wine on our bed to help unwind after the long flight. Chose the hotel due to its convenient location between the Hauptbahnhof and the Ring. Though a tiny bit dated (with some recent upgrades) it exceeded expectations; especially the level of attention and care from the staff. Old apartment building concerted to a boutique hotel. It was done very well with stylish comfortable rooms and nice amenities. If you are looking for a conventional hotel this is not it. If you want a room that is comfortable and stylish with fine amenities coupled with great service, I would highly recommend the Altstadt.
