I have traveled throughout the United States and around the world, and I can honestly say that I have never encountered a front-desk professional quite like Maria. She could teach a master class in customer service. She was gracious, attentive, knowledgeable, and committed to ensuring that every detail was handled with care—even before I arrived at the hotel. That exceptional service continued throughout our stay. I reserved five rooms, and every member of the team—from the front desk and housekeeping staff to the restaurant team and bell staff—was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Their collective commitment to excellence made our entire experience memorable. "I would definitely come back for a stay. I came for a quick staycation and loved it. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and noise is non-existent. Walkable restaurants and Harris Teeter at the end of the block. If you are ever in the Washington , D.C. area this hotel will not disappoint."

"The hotel was under renovation so I don’t think it’s fair to judge it completely BUT the renovated hotel room I stayed in was super nice and lush. I didn’t drive so no comments on parking. The bed was my favorite part and the view of the city was amazing. Very walkable as well."
