"This hotel is very convenient to the Cruise Terminal and the Metro, and the room we had was comfortable and up-to-date. The breakfast is expensive and the Halle multi option eating place is loud and not recommended by us. There are a few alternatives nearby. There is a store at back of hotel (through Halle it is when open) which is very handy."

"The location is fabulous — it took us just 4 minutes to walk to Rotterdam Train Station for trains to Amsterdam Airport or nearby towns. The whole walk is under cover, so rain isn't a worry at all. Super convenient. The hotel is quite new and the room was spotless. The only thing missing was a luggage rack, but the front desk sent one up right away. The internet wasn't working in our room that night, but we could head down to the lobby to get online. The price including breakfast was a big bonus — no need to pay extra or go elsewhere to eat in the morning. The construction outside the hotel didn't affect us at all. Taxis can drop you off just 20 meters away on the right. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to friends visiting Rotterdam."

"We had a very nice stay at the hotel and I would absolutely recommend it. It is located in an ideal spot in the city close to the train station and most tourist attractions with Depot and Sonnevelde House literally next door. The staff were extremely helpful when we had a few requests and were a credit to the hotel. My only small gripe is that there aren’t enough staff on at breakfast so certain options would run out quite often. The staff were rushed off their feet and still extremely helpful but they need more help. Overall I highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again if we visit Rotterdam."
