"We weren't very pleased with this place. For starters, we found out upon arrival that we had to pay 6000 tenge for two people/two nights. Below is the only mention of potential fees:

The staff claimed this was a newly imposed tax from Feb 2023....

В моем номере не работал телевизор, до конца продувания его так и не включили.
По выезду попросили повторно оплатить проживание, хотя все было оплачено по заезде. Хорошо, что у меня был чек, подтверждающий опл ату..
