"The hotel, location, the staff, and cleanliness was fantastic. My only complaint was noise. There is no air conditioning so the windows must be open. The hotel is next to the train station and a super busy intersection so it is really loud. Hard to peacefully rest. "

"No sauna/spa included which was a little sad but they did provide the option I think at a nearby location. We stayed in a newly renovated room as they are updating. It was very nice, clean, sleek. Bathroom doors are dying out in hotels (not a complete seal for privacy but was good enough and shower was amazing). We didn't partake in breakfast but they did have a more affordable croissant and coffee option if you wanted something light. Thought it was a great location in Lucerne for train station and exploring. "

"The location is fantastic, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth and easy, and my room was beautiful, with every detail thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciated the coffee and amenities on the second floor, as well as the in-room touches and the daily housekeeping service. The quiet terrace with its beautiful view was another highlight. Even the small gestures, like the water bottle they gave me upon departure, made a difference. I truly felt at home during my stay and only have positive things to say about this place."

"Hotel in good location but very basic accommodation. There was a tea/coffee machine & water at reception but no kettle in room. When machine was out of order I was given a kettle on request. There were facilities in the breakfast room but to get to the breakfast room meant going via an outdoor corridor in the adjoined Ambassador Hotel which was poorly lit at nighttime. They sent me atravel card via email but not till halfway through the stay & had not told me about it at check in so didn't get chance to use it. Rooms had TV but limited reception for the English speaking channels which seemed to work better during the day but not at night. Overall it was cheap with good location but felt more like hostel than hotel."
