"The villa is truly beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are friendly and the breakfasts are excellent. There is also the added advantage of plenty of parking. Our stay was only relatively short (4 nights) but we could happily have stayed at Hotel Villa Ciconia for several weeks. "
"Excellent location in the old town. Walkable to everything in Orvieto. Delightful and helpful staff, charming room. Hotel has one parking spot in a modern garage a few blocks away. Otherwise, it is in a Zona a Traffico Limitato and hard to get to. Great value. Would definitely stay there again."

"The flat is cozy, spacious, clean, tidy and well equipped. Many good resturants are near the apartment. Its location is good and very close to the sightseeing within 5-10 min walk.
The apartment staff Rita customer service is excellent, responsible and very helpful.
Without elevator is a concerned for elderly people if they are carrying luggages. Other than that, it is a perfect accommodation."
