It’s in the heart of downtown so it’s very easy to walk around to all the attractions that San Fran has to offer. Bonus: it’s right next to the trolley station so you get great access to it. "For the price It should have been better. The building I stayed it was around a fence, over railroad tracks in a dirty area. the building itself was kept clean. But I had to call for maintenance because my tv was not working. They came quickly but I shouldn't have had an issue. The shuttle ride to the airport was on time. I stayed here for the shuttle ride and the price."

"Great stay overall, small issue when we first arrived that our room’s AC didn’t work whatsoever and it was nearly 80 degrees in there & it was very uncomfortable for the first few hours we were there. Same no-AC issue for the other party we were traveling with as well, both rooms being on the second floor. Both our parties both got a free upgrade to a room with working AC on the 7th floor before the night was over, which was especially nice because it had a view. Very modern rooms & nice...
