"Good for a couple of nights to settle into Tokyo - convenient to Nippori Station (10 min walk) for access to/from Narita Airport. In a bit of a weird location down some side streets past a number of love-hotels, and right next to the rail line though. I used earplugs to block the sound of the trains and was fine in that regard. Reasonably close to Ueno park by foot. Was fine for a short stay. "

"Facility and staff were helpful and you’re able to drop off your luggage early, and store it there your last day. Amenities and stay were totally fine. It does feel a bit crowded in the evening and morning when everyone is trying to get ready. Waiting for the elevator can try your patience - since there’s only 1 for ~9floors. But that’s the people, and not the location. It is a capsule hotel, so mornings can be abruptly awoken if your neighbor doesn’t wake up from their alarm. Everyone else...

"I enjoyed my stay here at Rakuten stay in the okaimono panda room. The only small issue i had was the ac would drip on me at night when i was sleeping. Everything else was really nice. Great area to stay in. I'll definitely book here in the future. "

"This property was perfect for me and my wife! We absolutely adored how close it was to all the main shopping areas and dining areas. It was a very simple room that provided all the necessary things needed for our stay such as a comfortable bed and a lovely shower. We also loved the no contact check in/check out process option. The family mart right across the hotel was a big bonus! We will definitely be back for another stay. "
