"Simple property but pleasant staff and great walkable location! Great restaurants within 10 min walk. Try 1885 pub sleek and modern with excellent food…. Breakfast at Apple Yard great too!"

"It is a quaint little hotel with a great location to downtown. We didn't need to deal with parking downtown, since we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Also, House of Bread is right across the street for a great cup of coffee and pastry in the morning. "

"Disappointed with graduation weekend and huge increase in cost of room that there wasn’t any flexibility with check out time. Just asked for less than a half hour, in case it was needed. The flat no was disappointing and unfortunate since I paid 3x the normal room rate. Will stay elsewhere next trip to slo"

"The hotel was clean and well located. The employees are friendly and polite. The walls are thin and when the neighbors came in after 1 am, you could hear every conversation and slamming of doors. The air conditioning fan is super loud so it was hard to sleep. Finally, a near by dog woke us up with excessive barking in the morning."

"Our stay started out with my leaving a wallet at the front desk and then missing $150 out of it, (my fault). Closed the curtain at window and clips fell off, had to get maint. Next morning no hot water for showers, said they had someone coming at 10am, coffee not ready. 2nd night had warm water, figured hot water fixed. Next morning no hot water. Checked out no one at counter. Will not stay here again."

"Great little place, just a few blocks from the beach and about a mile to downtown. Very clean, great service. The property is older, like everything in Morro Bay, and the beds a little lumpy. Otherwise, wonderful! We needed one of our rooms to be wheelchair accessible and they took care of us!"
