"It was a nice room that was located in the center of Inverness! It was very close to many restaurants and was easy to get to. There was a car park down the street as well which made it convenient for parking "

"Needed a quick overnight place to sleep. The room was nice but the sheets needed to be changed, there was a tick in my bed, and the trash hadn’t been emptied from the previous guest. The owners need to hire more people and pay them a decent wage to do the work needed. One full time employee and a couple of part time workers doesn’t cover the needs of the hotel. The poor young man was trying his best to meet the needs of all the guests but I could tell he was exhausted. "
