I received a whatsapp message at 9.30pm the day before checking in telling me to click a link and either give £100 deposit that would be refunded within two weeks or pay £3 deposit that's not refundable. "Was a really comfortable stay, close to reasonable long stay parking, town, the pier etc. Staff were very helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Good communication from venue in advance of stay. Only recommendation would be to have alternate milks. "

"The TV did not have terrestrial, but UTube was available and found a film to watch. Maybe needs tech' savy guests. Coffee was available from the Guest Alcove, luckily i was close. "
