"Situata a due passi dalla stazione centrale di Napoli. Intorno ci sono supermarket e tante caffetterie. Il personale è stato super gentile: hanno permesso che lasciassi il mio bagaglio in struttura dopo il check out così da poter continuare a girare la città comodamente. 10 punti solamente per l’aria condizionata in camera che è stata veramente una salvezza nelle giornate calde di Napoli. Sconsiglierei a chi viaggia da solo come me di camminare per quei vicoli a tarda sera/notte. A parte questo,...

"This hotel is on the 5th floor of a building which has other business in it. It is a lovely building, marble floors. Lift is from the 1930s I think but feels safe. Could not get in, had a sit down on the stairs and someone came and opened the door. Double room, en suite overlooking the courtyard so very quiet. Bed comfortable. Staff are friendly and was able to leave my suitcase on the last day so I could explore more. Very close to restaurants, cafes, buses and metro. Nice walk down to the port...

"AC wasn’t working for 2 out of 3 nights. Bathroom layout was a bit awkward to get around and had black mould in the shower. Bed bugs and dusty bed sheets. On the upside a really nice cafe outside and pizza restaurant. Good connection with the train line. View from the balcony was also stunning for the price we paid. But given the chance I’d pay more for better services and cleanliness during our stay elsewhere next time. "
