"東海線オシリア駅1番出口より徒歩10分ほどのところにある、とても綺麗なレジデンスホテルです。ロッテプレミアムアウトレット東釜山の一つ奥の区画です。 4棟ある高層マンションの中の部屋の一部を客室として提供しているようで、104棟の1階にホテルのフロントがありますが、ちょっとわかりにくいです。 フロントでチェックインのとき、資源ゴミの分別について説明があります。 103棟の306号室と印刷された用紙が渡され、エントランスのパスワードと部屋のパスワードが記載されていました。 部屋はとにかく広くて綺麗！！ 冷蔵庫、湯沸かしポットはもちろんのこと、キッチンには軽く料理できる道具がすべて揃っていました。 "
