"The staff is outstanding from communications before we arrived to the minute we checked in to the minute we left!! The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again!!"

The helper there was very friendly and helpful--they had even already put our bags in our rooms. The building is quite older, so there is some wear and tear--but nothing too crazy. There is not a lift. Conveniently close to the train station and attractions."

"This hotel is centrally located and clean. The price is right and Andrea at the front desk was extremely helpful! "

"Very great place to stay as you are right next to many historic sites (Santa Maria Cathedral, Giotto's Bell Tower and more). Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, and there is a fantastic view of the cathedral from the rooftop bar! Do note that this hotel is located on the 4th floor (there is an elevator, but it is quite narrow) and the beds were "meh." I would stay here again! "

"I might agree with others that this property is probably more hostel than hotel. BUT!! That being said, we had our own bathroom, the room was clean and our group each had their own bed, the showers were hot, they had a good breakfast and they will do your laundry for a fee. And sometimes travel is just what you make it, had we not stayed here we would have missed some good shopping streets walking into the city. Beautiful walks. "
