"Excellent hotel! I will definitely visit again! They even allow me to leave my bags at no extra charge since the check out was early and I did not departed until late night
Everyone was super respectful and helpful"
"This is a clean and charming hotel very centrally located in Siena. The morning and afternoon staff were very helpful. We will definitely stay at the Piccolo Hotel Etruria on our next visit. We will also recommend it to friends."
"The front desk personnel were very helpful and friendly and soothed my fears for getting a very early morning taxi. Shout out to Monti! Unique layout of rooms (stairs to bathroom!) and charming street for access to all Florence has to offer. Caution that there are about 30 steps to get to tiny elevator to take you to reception and rooms."
"The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful with restaurant suggestions as well as places to visit.
Not a new shiny place but very real and authentic.
Would recommend."
"An absolute little gem in Siena! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Sara and Carolina were fantastic from start to finish. They couldn’t do enough for us. They let us know exactly where to park, which was really helpful as Siena has traffic restrictions for visitors, helped us book a winery tour and gave us some great recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. The communication was brilliant and they made everything so easy for us. The hotel itself is lovely, in a perfect location, beautifully restored and...
"Excellent staff. 24 hour front desk. Breakfast was included, not an extra expense. It is on a quiet street about a 15 minute walk from most of the museums and historic sites . We arrived early and our luggage was stored until we returned at the correct sign in time."
"We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. Our kids had fun on their playground and my wife and I enjoyed the views, the hospitality. And the entire experience. The food was outstanding. "
