Find 2 Star Hotels in North Suburbs, IL from AED 193

After a terrible experience with the airline & an unexpected overnight stay without our bags, it was refreshing to end up at this Hampton Inn after a long international flight. The hotel was affordable & had a convenient 24 hr shuttle service. When the front desk concierge found out we didn’t have our bags she put a little bag together for us with tooth brushes, tooth paste, deodorant & razors. It was much appreciated.

The room was very clean & quiet!

The hotel is in a quiet area for a Saturday night. The building and grounds are clean and well-kept. It feels very safe. The front desk employee was friendly and helpful. The room is clean, comfortable, and has lots of amenities: many towels, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, TV, many outlets.

Clean and very good staff and easy check-in and great location

Very clean hotel, comfortable bed and pillows, great breakfast. I would definitely stay again.

We had a good experience staying in the hotel. The only bad thing was a strong smell of cleaning supplies. It smelled like lysol all over the main area/lobby and it was very very strong and not pleasant. Hopefully in the future you'll find some better and less smelling solutions.

Good

Very clean room with all basic amenities. Front desk staff. Very helpful

Perfect budget hotel stay in chicago

The rooms met expectations. Having a Kitchen was great. The staff was helpful. The complementary breakfast was minimum and diss appointing.

Great place to stay and the private tub was fun to try

This is now my third time being at this property. I could stay at any hotel motel or no hotel but I have chosen to call this place home and all of these hard-working employees verge on being angelic. You are greeted with a smile. They will stop what they’re doing to help you regardless of how big or how small The “Customer comes first“ truly is forthright here. I keep extending my vacation, so I have more time here for peace, quietness, and a piece of a nervana. There is always a tear in my eye...

We will definitely book again when we travel to Chicago!! Everything was as described and we didn't run into any issues. The fresh donuts delivered as a welcome was the cherry on top 💜

Close to downtown great city view

Ease and fast check-in, very clean room, and very quiet!

We will definitely be staying here again! Great location, clean room, and great service. They even have a great complimentary breakfast which is a must have in a city like Chicago. The staff was great also. We had to switch trains for an earlier one due to weather and got into Chicago in the AM. Check in is 4pm and with two small children we were worried about what to do for hours but the staff helped us out and luckily had a room available.

We had an amazing stay! The four-bedroom apartment was beautiful, spacious, extremely clean, and perfect for our trip to Chicago. Everyone had plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable, and the apartment truly felt like a home away from home. You can tell the host put a lot of thought and care into creating a welcoming space. Everything was exactly as described, and the communication and hospitality made the entire experience even better. This apartment helped make our Chicago trip...
