Silvia, the owner of the place is also the owner of a first quality restaurant, very prestigious. We dined there and the food is absolutely delicious! We will come back for sure.

Stately and attentive service.

Located on central square but high enough above it to be peaceful. Service friendly and proper. Feels like staying in a family home. Afternoon tea and pastry--help yourself. Good breakfast. Impressively sturdy, comfortable bed. Common area tower room looks out over Assisi and valley below--breathtaking at dawn.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating! The location was superb with nearby restaurants and within the historic center but not far from parking.

The staff were very helpful, the rooms and the property were very clean, and the location good- very close to Basilica Santa Chiara. The breakfast was the best we had on our trip to Italy.

Great place to spend time in nature with comfort

This was the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in! Everything was spotless. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The location was perfect too, as you are walking distance to many amazing cafes and attractions. Beautiful views as well

Very nice staff at this convenient and basic hotel. Very clean and comfortable. It's about 3 minutes walk from the minimetro stop very near the main piazzas. The staff were very welcoming, allowed us to drop off luggage early and gave us caffé on arrival, then we returned later to check in. We opted to have the breakfast at the hotel, which was fine and convenient since we needed to check out early and catch a train.
