"The people that run this hotel are top notch. We had questions like where to eat location of important sites etc they were exceptionally helpful. The room was clean and was well maintained. The included breakfast was excellent. We needed assistance with transportation to the train station they graciously called a cab for us. I could go on and on but suffice to say we had a great stay. Also the location is fabulous."

"The hotel was very close to all of the main sights and was less than a 5 minute walk from the SML train station. The staff were incredibly helpful and prompt in their response when we required a late check-in. They allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel after check out so we could explore the city and return to grab our bags when it was time for our train later in the afternoon. The rooms weren't anything special, but had everything that we needed for the night. I would definitely stay here...

"Very close to train station. Easy to go out sightseeing as hop on hop off starting point is only a short walk away. Reception staff were so kind and helpful. Hotel is on the third floor but there is a lift so no need to worry about climbing up stairs"

"The front desk staff were friendly and helpful with guidance. Being able to stow our luggage was a big help for our last day. The only changes I would suggest are, Have a light handy for the stairs at night. A fan to move the air better in the loft area.(from some one used to sleeping with a fan)"
