The pool was green, not maintained. We hardly ever saw anyone at the front desk, making it difficult to ask a question. My reservation with Expedia indicated that there is breakfast included, but she said to me there was none. She did not clarify the amount that I would be charged for early check in, just...

"The rooms were big and clean. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. Thu gave us plenty info on awesome stuff to do around town, she booked our taxis, tours, etc she was always happy to help and speaks really good English. We are going to miss Hoi An so much!"

"Booked a week, stayed for 3! Great room with a beaut view with thorough daily housekeeping. Perfectly positioned between town and beach with the vegetable gardens at your doorstep. A refreshing pool, free bicycle use, option to lunch/dine at premises and a nourishing breakfast in very peaceful surroundings..... The big freestanding bath in our room easily fitted 2 and the very comfy bed was huge! Did not care much for pillows but that's a personal thing anyway. It's a family run business...
