"Had an early flight from Gatwick, and this was much cheaper than staying nearer the airport. 15 min train to Gatwick from East Croydon in the morning made it ideal. The room was tight, not much space for more than a bed. But I didnt need much space. Very helpful and warm welcome by the reception staff. "

"check in person was ok, when I went to ask a question he was a bit rude. Breakfast was simple but ok. restaurant (Indian) evening meal was very good. would definitely eat there again. walk from airport was ok (25 min ish) room ok, bus stop near by, felt safe would stay again"

"Room was clean but basic. But based on the price I paid compared to other options, I really couldn’t complain. It did its job well enough. Although I have stayed in comfier beds, it was comfy enough. There were no food options within the site for dinner or breakfast, but I knew this going in and was prepared for it. There were plenty of options nearby. Overall, you get what you paid for; no more, no less. And based on this, it’s a good option."

"Did not receive the key code. Tried to call (says 24 hours in advance!?) but no reply. Funny that, could still book the rooms in the same area with them at 8pm on the same night! How does that work? Had to drive home 2 hours in the rain, tired, and cancel my plans with my son for the next day. Won't be using Expedia again. My son aslo said the room had 1 star, stock photos and mould! "
