"Beautiful property and location. The sounds and scenery was so calming and inviting. We stayed at the garden suite. Its on the main building and not its own cottage. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The only thing i would add is a fan to get some air flowing. Would love to come back."

Walked to and swam in waterfall which is breathtakingly beautiful. Long pretty drive in from town-2 gates you need code for. Lots of electronic commination-sign up for a breakfast time, sign up for housekeeping, check in. etc was a bit much putting us on a schedule when domt want to be on one on vacation but understand its for staffing needs. "This was such a unique and pleasurable stay! Super comfortable room, beautiful view, and lots of friendly animals around the property. I loved all the kitties that came out to greet us! The breakfast was delicious, I was a huge fan of the fresh papaya boats. I would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you’re an early riser and want easy access to Volcano National Park. "This was our first time ever at a bed snd breakfast. I wasn't sure what to expect. I'd say Intimate would be a good word, and friendly. Laurie the owner welcomed us personally, and there were two other couples there. The morning communal breakfast gave us a taste of the local fruits and breads, all hand preparec. A book with all of the information you’d need about the property, about the National Park, and about the area was provided. We highly recommend this place if you’re in the area. "This was booked last minute due to a last minute cancellation for another property. Beautiful property especially for the earthy type of individual. It was perfect for my needs however I don’t see people staying here that require more of an upscale type of setting. Leaving the room to use the community restroom is probably the only thing that was not too thrilling. All in all it fulfilled my expectations."

"Zero communication. They ask you to call them if you are going to be late checking in. I did but one number no one answered and the other went directly to voicemail. Gave up after eight hours after receiving no call back or acknowledgment of any kind. Forfeited full price and ended up cancelling since I could not confirm someone would be there after 9 p.m. to let us in."

"They have roaches. I don't recommend staying there. I stayed for one night there the roaches crawling on me. Canceled the the rest of the stay and they refuse to refund my money. And not to metion there is mold in the tub and cobb webs behind the bed. Don't waste your time and money."
