"I had a very nice stay. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with lots of variety. Loved the nightly entertainment at the bar. Room had a kitchenette and was clean and comfortable. The only issue was that the mattress felt poor quality and sunk in significantly. Aside from this, everything else was excellent. "

We had the 1/2 board option and were disappointed with both the quality and variety of food on offer, particularly at the evening buffet. "Overall had a great stay - location is on a more quite side of Mallorca, but the hotel had everything we needed - access to beach, restaurant/bar, laundry, etc. Breakfast that was included was really good. The room we reserved was a bit small, but cozy and had an awesome ocean view. Walking distance to the beach and we rented kayaks one day too. Wifi did not work the best in our room (due to location I'm sure), which was a little frustrating. Water pressure/heat also wasn't always the best...

"This hotel is in a great location on beachfront close to all amenities.. we chose sea view balcony which was very nice but no sun..by mistake, if you want the sun choose a side sea view. Clean room, housekeeping very good. Reception was friendly and helpful. Maintenance not so. Our shower head was totally useless for the wall attachment and therefore was shooting water over end of bath , as the shower curtain did not extend around the bath..we had many wet floors and wet towels. We complained 3...

"This is our 5th stay here. We usually use the restaurant pool below the hotel but it looks to be shut down. The water pressure was poor and the WiFi was very slow and inconsistent "

"We had a great time at this hotel! It’s really family oriented and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Lots of activity for kids, lots of options for food in the hotel and also around the property. There is also a grocery shopping right outside the hotel, very convenient. Overall we had a great experience."
