"It was the ease of getting to the Arena to see Lionel Ritchie. Parking although we were in the overflow car park, was cheaper and also better than Arena parking. Breakfast was really good choice and staff kept replenishing it all the time. Option to make a brew in your room wouldve been good though."

"Memorable food, we were wowed by the flavours. Restaurant and kitchen staff must work tremendously hard to keep this standard up. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was huge. Close enough to walk to Bakewell following the river from Ashford, across the fields. We will definitely return."
