However if you are looking for a beautifully decorated and lovely hotel, the Citrus is not for you. The rooms are nothing like they are on the website. "Hotel is nicely situated for Rye and the surrounding area. Comfortable, friendly, and stayed for 3 nights. Food is good, and the breakfast sausages are exceptionally good! Looked forward to them! Evening meals are of good quality and quantity and discovered a really great lager that was new to me called Madri, which you might think is a Spanish lager, but it's, a joint venture and brewed in Tadcaster, Yorkshire! Would recommend the Hotel for a friendly, adequate and convenient place to stay....
