"Very clean, very cheap and very close to the city centre."

"The room I had was noisy due to the elevator being near. Windows could not be closed properly due to window mechanism which meant I heard every car in the car park moving. Due to the gym being busy there where people driving into the car park at 6am with their banging House music. Not a relaxing stay and not what I’m used to when working on business trips. Would I stay again? I don’t think so."

"This is my second visit to this hotel. Everything was spot on and I have no complaints at all. Great value for money, very clean. Super comfy bed. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Friendly staff, especially the lady at breakfast who I have met before. Love it that you are pet friendly. Everyone welcome! 5 stars. "

"Friendly and efficient welcome to this budget motel, the rooms are compact, the beds comfortable and are all very clean. The booked cooked breakfast is very good value with fruit juices, yogurts and croissants etc. Parking is also on site"

"Good comms on the phone before I arrived. Kindly suggested that I park at the secure NCP car park next door as there had been some theft recently, which was cheap enough. The room I was given had been smoked in (not the hotels fault) - the guys on the reception immediately swapped me to another room with no quibbling which was great. Hotel could do with a couple of touch ups, but it was clean and friendly and an absolute bargain compared to other options. Very good breakfast too"

"This hotel is really good value for money. The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable and there was free WiFi. The views from our window weren’t great (we were overlooking a large grey flat roof and a building site) but that’s not what I was paying for so it didn’t bother me. The check-in was fast and efficient however I was hit with a £30 refundable deposit per room (I’d booked two rooms) which wasn’t an issue for me in the long run but I don’t recall being made aware of that...

"I swore to myself that I wouldn't use another ibis hotel after a horrendous stay in a Birmingham one many years ago. However I needed a hotel near to an event I was going to and because I'd left it late my usual hotel was full. It was only for one night so I figured I could cope with it.
