"Good hotel for visiting attractions around Inverness. Good breakfast, clean room and helpful staff. One day the room was not cleaned, but the manager immediately offered to clean the room. Room is very basic with no closet, but clean."

One note to the hotel . we did not go swimming in the very inviting pool as the screen in the reception showed EVERYONE who was in the pool. Reposition the screen so only reception can view it . I would not re-book if it was still so visible to the public. No one likes to be seen in their swim wear by strangers"

"I was impressed immediately upon entering our room. It was clean, bright and pretty. We had a family room so the girls had their own twin beds in a shared wall area, complete with nice closet and unique architecture. They slept well. We used the towel warmer and the shower was good, just not the greatest water pressure. The wifi was good. The location was quaint and close enough to downtown Inverness to walk easily. "The continental breakfast was the basic of the basic. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay. "

"Great stay, very comfortable bed and pillow and extremely clean. Were in the outbuilding which was great. However rooms 101 and 102 had no place or hook to hang a thing and after arriving soaking wet would have loved to be able to hang up our jackets. The rooms could also benefit from a mirror for hair drying purposes. However very impressed with everything else and the staff were lovely."

You could hear traffic if the windows were kept open so it was a bit hot all night. The room was very clean and had a great sunset view. "
