"Loved our stay at Susanna Inn. The breakfast is delicious. The staff are very friendly. Highly recommend getting a mountain facing room. The sound of the river is so soothing at night plus our room was able to get quite cool opening the window. The only nitpicky thing to point out is the trash can in the bathroom is a regular basket with no lid. Since toilets in Peru do not accept paper, it'd be preferable to have a lid. "

"It’s a quaint hotel with 4 buildings surrounded by a nice garden with flowers and birds. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond when there was a power outage in our building. They resolved the problem quickly and were so nice to provide us extra waters and a dinner at no charge. The hotel is just a 10 minute walk to the center of town and to the Fortress of Ollantaytambo ruins. "

"My wife and I spent 2 nights in Ollantaytombo at Parwa and enjoyed our stay. Jorge and his family are great hosts, the room was excellent. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ollantaytombo. Areas for improvement: room service, bathroom shower area has a curtain but the bathroom gets fully wet after a shower. A sliding door might help. Also, lunch boxes for tourists with early tours was not provided, I have seen other hotels do that. "

"Beautiful and peaceful property, loved the breakfast (we ordered everything!), dinner and cocktails from bar. Also enjoyed the spa - hydro-circuit therapy was refreshing and massages were excellent. It is further from town, but that’s why we chose this lodge. After our 4-day trek, we very much appreciated the rest. Shuttle service was easy to arrange and always on time.
