"We stayed in a very nice bungalow for 5 days in February. It was in 80 degrees and humid. It took awhile to cool off the room in the evenings. The hostess spoke English and was very helpful in signing us up for excursions, making recommendations for restaurants etc and renting a car. We were picked up at the lodge for excursions. "We made reservations in November 2020 for our stay in June 2021. We arrived at the hotel and were turned away by the security guard as it was only housing housing COVID-19 guests. We had to quickly find a new hotel. This was a prepaid hotel stay and after calling the hotel multiple times we have still not received a refund."
