"On arrival, my Sat Nav was unable to direct me to the entrance of the hotel. I have never been to Leicester before, so I called the reception for a few suggestions how to get into the car park. The receptionist, went above and beyond. She stayed with me on the phone (hands free kit) and guided me to the car park, and was so helpful and reassuring. "The guy at the reception was amazing me and my friend love him he was njce to talk to and make some jokes with. The rooms were sightly cold especial that the bed by a window that isnt properly secured so you coukd feel cold wind, luckily there was warm air conditioning available. "

"Had issues with the bath plug and shower temperature. Otherwise spot on, great location, terrific grounds, could not fault the service. Room handy for dogs and you can park outside. Overall we will return, and it is recommended."
