"Staff is wonderful! The bar and restaurant are expensive, but that is expected in this location. The hotel is promoted as having a walkway to terminal 2 and 3 at Heathrow. This is correct but be aware that getting to terminal 3 is a bit confusing (the directions provided had incorrect images and text directions not clear) and a much longer walk to terminal 3 than expected. Had 3 staff members checking in people, but clueless guests who came in after other guests who were waiting their turn were allowed to check in first. The description under amenities just says - "Parking available" Was not happy the main elevators (2) one was out. When speaking with another quest, they had sad it was out the entire time for their stay, which was going on 2 weeks! "
