"The hotel is centrally located in the city with tram stops immediately outside the front door, so getting around is excellent. The hotel itself was clean and our family room whilst very minimalist was perfectly satisfactory. The only gripe we had was with the double bed. It was like sleeping on a brick - very hard, which made it difficult to get a restful sleep. Staff were very good and gave us great advice on getting around. We would definitely stay again, but would request a softer mattress...

When we arrived at our room it was beautifully clean but unfortunately smelt very highly of lillies and myself being allergic to lillies and asthmatic started wheezing and coughing. "Our stay in this Hotel was excellent. The room was big enough for the 2 if us. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The check in was easy and smooth. The food in the restaurant was also excellent and a good range to choose from. Overall this would be one of the better Hotels we have stayed in on our 5 week road trip around the UK."
