"early check in by Rojina carried out in a quick efficient friendly manner and 7th floor room overlooking park appreciated- however, as I went to the single lift serving floor 7 a couple with exceptionally heavy luggage were wrecking it which meant a climb from 6th each time for the whole of my stay! single room was spacious with opening window (no a/c so hot when sun out in afternoon) quiet despite busy traffic comfy bed great breakfast- convenient for tube and bus - recommended "

"I liked the area & the convenience. The staff was always courteous & lovely. The hotel is old, and while the lobby area is welcoming and roomy, the rooms themselves are tiny. Not the kind of hotel you'd spend extra time at, as there just isn't much space. But we were there in London to sight-see & see friends, so it was perfect & affordable for us. I'd stay there again!"

"I had an incredible sleep, a really comfy bed, and so dark and peaceful. The staff are great and the rooms are really cool. The one lift is an issue as you can wait to get into a very crowded lift, and every thing costs more money ( leaving bags etc) also the rooms don’t have wardrobes so not ideal for a long stay, but well worth a night or two "

"We booked this hotel because it was easily acessible from inner London as my family from France was coming for our wedding. They had enough rooms for all 17 of us and three of these were next to each other. The double rooms were not very spacious, but comfortable and very clean. The support from the hotel staff was amazing helping us book cabs to get to our venue and recommending places to eat nearby. "

"Hotel was very nice and the staff were really nice too. The lock on our door worked but was stiff. I personally found the bed in room 108 uncomfortable and the room was cold, despite turning the heating up. Other than this it was good. "

"We had a good stay. Only complaint was there is no power point in the bathroom and the one placed near a mirror didn’t work so made styling your hair difficult. They could also do with an exhaust fan in the bathroom for the steam. "

The hotel is a few minutes walk from Kings Cross and so was easy to get around on the various tube lines for what we needed. It was clean and modern, with very professional and friendly reception staff who were happy to store our luggage until check in time. Yes the room was very compact as per other reviews, however, it was clean and fresh and perfect for what we needed it for which was just somewhere to sleep...
