"Needed two rooms in a central location - and this was perfect, both the location and excellent value for money. Rooms were comfortable, good TV. Staff helpful, breakfast good, nice small bar. We usally choose at least 4 star, but due to needing two rooms and a good location and a budget to work to chose this hotel rated 3 star, but we weren't disappointed at all. We would absolutely stay there again if visiting Bruges - it's actually hard to imagine a hotel better located"

"The hotel was due a refurbishment so we had to cross a small courtyard to a neighbouring Novotel for breakfast and to use the bar. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The hotel itself was clean and the staff friendly. It was about a ten minutes walk to the main square in Brugge. There is an excellent little free bus from Brugge train station which stops about 500 yards from this hotel. (It's first stop). We would recommend the horse and carriage ride, a boat trip around the canals...

"It was beautiful! We are one adult and 2 teenage girls, and this was the best experience. Felt like staying in a family member house. Felt safe. Staff great, we had dinner at the restaurant, every time we came back the staff will greet as welcome home :) the room had the most incredible view to the main plaza, waking up with the horses sound was awesome!! The lights at the plaza go out at 11:30 pm- very comfortable we had 3 rooms, very clean, some dust in the chandelier and big curtains but...

"Unfortunately the hotel was still under refurbishment during our stay. On the 3rd floor half of the rooms were being renovated and half the corridor was covered with plastic sheeting with bits and pieces littered around. My main complaint revolves around the breakfast with the space being shared with the adjacent Ibis Hotel. Sadly, the space battled with the peak times and despite the valiant efforts of the staff, the layout is awkward and efficient table clearing was not possible leading to...

"Travelling with friends on a bike trip, staff allowed us to use the lockup next to the lobby for our bikes. The rooms were comfortable and nicely sized. Things were very clean and the staff was extremely pleasant. The breakfast is expensive, but has a large variety in a fairly small space. Also, you must book ahead. The area is great and there is plenty within a few minutes of walking. I'd happily return."

"Stayed here for just 1 night as we were off to Plopsaland the next day. Really lovely hotel, very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful too. Parking can be a little tricky, but we managed to get parked in the orange zone which was right outside the hotel. Plus Plopsaland was just 10 mins away, so super convenient!!"

"Was a good hotel but on both nights there was a lot of shouty males in the street. About 11pm not the hotels fault but bloody hell it was annoying and kept me awake "

"The underground parking terrified me and parking was paid. The outside parking was much better. The rooms were small but well equipped. Communication was great. We were asked to leave the room cleaned. Which we did but it felt we left it cleaner than it was when we arrived. Overall we ate our own dinner which was purchased at the grocery store a 5 min walk away. And my dad was able to swim and workout. So it did meet the majority of our needs. "
