"Check in time is 2:00. The room was cleaned but needed to be inspected. We had to wait about an hour just for the room to be inspected. The staff seemed overwhelmed with the number of people checking in, but I was told this was not unusual. Everyone was courteous and did a decent job, but there should be more employees scheduled during these heavy traffic times. "

"Very convenient when it comes to transportation. Being attached to terminal 4 at Heathrow made it convenient to get on the underground train to go to London and to catch the bus to go to Southampton to our cruise."

"Shuttle only runs every hour and there are too many people for everybody to get on even late into the night. Taxi's run 20 pounds even though hotel is only 2 km away. You cannot walk from the airport. "
