This was as our first stay away with our puppy and they made us feel at ease as we were quite anxious with taking her away for a short while, I couldn't thank them enough. "Very friendly staff, no issues dropping a bag off at lunchtime, then checking in later at night, after a concert. Room was clean and modern and everything worked. Breakfast was improved from other Express hotels I've stayed in a while ago, a good amount of choice and all fresh, pretty much a full buffet, plus cold items; certainly much better than I expected. Very happy with that aspect. 10 minute walk from East Croyden Train Station through the town, very easy to find. 410 bus to Crystal Palace Park from the side of the station, easy peasy."
