"Highly highly recommend staying at this beautiful property overlooking Lake Atitlan! Waking up to that view every morning and watching and listening to a thunderstorm on one of the nights during my stay was so relaxing. The bed was so comfortable, shower was hot and with a view of the lake. Beautiful crystal clear water in the bay made for a perfect swimming spot. Paula was so kind and stayed in touch throughout my stay to make sure everything went smoothly. While the property is located off of a private dock it was still easy to get to from Panajachel and I had no problem getting to and from other towns with the lanchas. Make sure you bring what you need for the night as the boats stop running from Pana at 7:30 and from San Pedro at 5:30 - though it is easy enough to get a private boat if needed! "

The host who greeted us was lovely and made us feel welcome. The shower was great hot water which was amazing ! Communication prior and during our stay was great thank you ! "

"Only there for a night. The host/manager could have done a better job explaining how to get there, instead of simply suggesting to use Waze maps! Also, they are building a new house at the bottom of the property, so it's a little dangerous having to walk thru a construction site to get to the beach down below. It should have been mentioned in the description of the property. The place itself is cozy, clean and has great views, although partially obstructed by the vegetation. A little far from the village, especially if you are walking at night, but you can always take a tuktuk. "
