"Situated in a stunning location. The hotel was easy to find and had ample parking. Check in was quick and efficient. We booked this hotel as we were taking part in a 1am Snowdon walk. It was literally two minute walk to the Snowdon train station, which was our meeting point. The village with shops and restaurants was only a few minutes walk away. Our room was clean and comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good and much appreciated after a night hike. Looking...

"Slighly faded glory old character hotel. Some money has been spent on communal areas and the swimming pool and spa are decent. Would rather stay here than the chain hotel options."

"Hotel really nice, staff extremely helpful and friendly. Only a couple of things thst could be changed....tea spoons instead of wooden stirrers, biscuits in room, dog bed and bowl would be a nice touch too when u are staying with your pooch."

"Stayed in one of the lodge rooms after doing the Welsh Three peaks. Being able to park right outside the room was a really helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the half price access to health spa was a real bonus. Will be staying again"

"A very nice hotel with very friendly staff. I only stayed over night. I used the restaurant, the food was nice and the prices reasonable. A big car park at the rear of the hotel, however not as secure for my bike as I would have liked. Overall, nice place, I've booked to stay on my return trip from Holyhead on the 28th June."
