"Lovely one night stay. The lady on reception booking us in was so helpful. The breakfast was very good and we send our thanks to pass on to the kitchen staff. The room was clean and the shower room spotless. We will be back!"

"Nice hotel at a fair price great breakfast pool and spa are very good but lacking maintenance in some areas not everything working as it should eg some spar pool features not working some electronic lockers not working (need battery replacement),spin costume dryer not working and has not been for my last 3 visits. Staff say replacement costume spin dryers are on order and have been for a long time with no date for replacement . Overall well worth a visit "

"The hotel is clean, modern and excellently presented and very good value for money. The only 2 negatives are that the lift is not yet operational and that there is no personal contact with staff (everything is via phone, text, or intercom). Ordering room service proved to be a pain and we went out instead."

"For our 1st trip to Lincoln the Duke William Hotel was perfect for location - we struggled with parking but in the end we got one, probably due to it being lunchtime on Fathers Day & a live concert in town. We had early check-in & only had to wait for 10/15 minutes whereby we were provided with a coffee. Room was great, very clean & comfortable, perfect for a night, fab bathroom space. We had a drink in the bar & my partner said that the homemade Martini Espresso was very nice & shes very fussy...

"Good value for money. Clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was basic but fine - we actually walked to the Wetherspoons just up the road. The hotel was nice and quiet and had a large kitchen, which we didn't need to use. En suite was good. We didn't have any of the issues mentioned by others - there was tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc in the room plus spares in the kitchen. Entry codes were sent well before arrival."

"We had a great stay, all the staff were excellent, Lily at breakfast service and Ben so helpful throughout our stay. Food was amazing, we had the Sunday Taster menu and the Chef was so accommodating of my partner who is vegan. We also had food from the comfort menu which was again very good. Breakfasts which for residents are included in the room rate was lovely. The place had the feel of going to to stay with friends for the weekend, a credit to all the staff and Paul the Manager."

"Potholes around the property! Wi-Fi kept cutting out so gave up in the end! Quite comfortable! Not as good as the caravan I stayed in on the other side of the lake, but overall reasonably priced!"
