"Air con stuck in heating mode, so couldn't get the room cool even though temp was set to 16. Came back from dinner to find it had set itself to 24, room booking hot and unable to cook as it won't go into cooking mode. Hotel itself is fine. Nothing special and don't expect a view - room windows are tiny and for good reason, you have a view either of the Holiday Inn car park or of the side of a block of flats across a narrow alley."

"The White Hart is in a lovely spot, beside the river and close to the beautiful St Botolph's church, which is well worth a visit. Inside the hotel, there are several different public areas to have a coffee, to read and relax, as well as the more formal dining, breakfast and bar areas , and with riverside tables outside. "It's a little gem!! Lovely location in Lincolnshire, near enough for the main birdlife sites. Run by Emma and Mark, a super friendly couple. The garden room enables a great space to sit in and relax, away from the bedroom. Breakfast was super-tasty and just the right amount of food. Great little home from home. "Apartment was amazing! Really spacious and very grand! Why sray in a small hotel room when you can stay somewhere like this. Owner really nice and very helpful too. City centre c30 minute walk, which is where the main restaurants are too, although we really enjoyed spending an evening in tge apartment and having a take away delivered via Deliveroo!"
