"It’s an airport hotel. Literally attached to the airport right next to terminal 4. We had an early morning flight and were super impressed. Very well maintained and modern with amazing service. Relatively cheap for this kind of property."

"The hotel location is quite close to West Lake (Xihu), near hotel quite a lot of local restaurant, the hotel is quite close to xinhua book store, from Hangzhou East Station quite close with taxi. The hotel staffs are nice but they only speaks mandarin."

"I booked a suite with “2 double” for 1 night. Then I was told all suites they have only have 1 king bed. I had to degrade to “superior twin bed” room without any refund of the price differences. If you don’t have 2 double in your suite then you shouldn’t market so, that’s fraud. "

"We booked this hotel as it was advertised to be in Shanghai. The map showed it to be in a nice location. Only when we were on our way from the airport we found out it was in Hangzhou. So we were stuck in a taxi in Shanghai at 00:30 am with two sleeping children and nowhere to go. So far, expedia has offered us NO compensation of any kind."
