We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and absolutely loved it! Although it's located on a busy street, our room was very quiet thanks to the noise-cancelling windows and electric shutters. Both the room and bathroom were spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed, including shaving and dental kits, shower caps, and a variety of cute little bottles of toiletries. It's a really nice hotel, with all the amenities. The property is in excellent condition, and the rooms are extremely well-equipped. It's close to everything you'd want for a short stay in Madrid. It's also close to many amenities, such as restaurants, shops, metro stations, and the Palacio Real. PS: Great breakfast! ;)

You couldn't ask for a better location. Steps from everything. And everyone was really nice and helpful. A particular shout out to James for his suggestions to help us experience Madrid. Also -- breakfast was great.

It’s located in an excellent location, you have everything you need to enjoy your stay, very close to you. The staff is very nice! What I didn’t like was the shower, the floor of the shower is very slippery, you have to be very careful not to fall, and I told them!

Letoh Letoh is very convenient to everything around central Madrid either by walking or Metro which there is a station only a block from the hotel. The staff was extremely responsive to questions prior to my arrival. The room was comfortable and clean and everything in the hotel appeared well maintained.

Only thing didn’t like was communication to request cleaning the room.

Great place to stay! Staff were great and room was large with beautiful bathroom, walk in shower. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Would strongly recommend staying at the Hotel Regina!

As noted in other reviews this hotel is in a residential area which equates to a quiet and secure stay. Very attentive and helpful staff at all levels. We stayed here at the beginning of our stay and then again tens days later prior to leaving for a total of five nights. Both times were wonderful. The breakfast is expansive and complete. "Fresh" squeezed orange juice daily. Complimentary beer, wine, sandwiches, small salads, coffee and tea all day. An honor liqueur bar. Very clean and well...

We had a family double room for 3 adult and it’s roomy and comfortable. Right on Gran Via so it’s so easy for shopping and dining. The hotel has a roof top bar which has a beautiful view of Madrid. It’s an excellent place to spend the evening with friends/family. The breakfast is GREAT with very nice setting and excellent varieties. Very happy with our stay.

Traveled with my wife and 2 kids (teens) We had a connecting room which was great. Facilities are clean, modern and secure. Beds are comfortable. Pillows are comfortable. Clean. Morning buffet was fantastic. And more importantly the staff !!! Yevgeniy was somehow always available to answer any questions. And all the staff were friendly, helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. Id definitely recommend this establishment to my friends and family.
