"I loved everything about the hotel! Perfect location : you can walk to Big Ben, London Eye, Westminster Abby in 10-13 minutes . If you need to use the subway, entrance is across from the hotel. Breakfast is plenty, many options to choose from: eggs, sausage , bacon , 3-4 kinds of fruit, cold cuts, pastries, yogurts, cheese… Hotel is very clean , stuff extremely kind. 100% recommend "

"Portable fan in the room was a necessity for June hot weather. Street facing room had windows that only slightly opened. Otherwise a lovely hotel with comfortable beds, clean bathroom, lovely lobby, easy and secure luggage dropoff and a beautiful restaurant with a garden."

"Great location so close to Victoria station. Well attended too and friendly staff. Bit of a walk if in the wing rooms but extra large rooms and very comfortable. Bathroom's are small considering room size and care is needed when getting in for a shower , removal of the bath for a walk in shower would be so much better. Overall no complaints and will be back."

When we checked in, we were given our room which we took ourselves to a known to us. this was backing on the three lift shafts which we hadn’t realised we’re going to be noisy as we just quickly showered and got ready for going out for the evening, on arrival back to the...
