Staff are welcoming, helpful, easy to chat with and really can’t do enough for their customers. If we’re in the Newcastle area we will always be staying here ( we’ve stayed in a few others but they don’t compare). 11/10 👍"

"The County Hotel is a beautiful hotel right across the street from the train station in Newcastle. The room was very nice, clean, large compared to many, the breakfast was excellent, and we especially appreciated the lift for someone who cannot climb stairs. I highly recommend."
