"Hi, Everything was very nice overall, and I truly appreciated the hospitality. However, I did notice that the gluten-free options at breakfast were quite limited. Additionally, there were no clear labels indicating which products were lactose-free or gluten free. As dietary needs like gluten and lactose intolerance are not uncommon, it would be wonderful to see a wider variety of gluten-free and lactose-free options, clearly marked, in the future. "Great hotel, staff and location. We had a beautiful view of the London Eye from our room. Only small downsides were the shower had small amounts of mold and we could hear traffic and trains through the windows, but no big deal at all. "
